Yes, drivers must be 21 years and over with at least three (3) years driving experience. Additionally, a surcharge may be applied to young drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 years inclusive.

Yes, all of our vehicles are fully insured. Our insurance also covers Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) and Third-Party Liability coverage.

In the event of an accident, contact us immediately. Should there be extensive damage to the vehicle, damage to property etc. contact the local authorities as well. More information such as procedures and responsibilities are outlined in our rental agreement.

Yes, no smoking is allowed in our vehicles. Should this policy be violated, a cleaning fee is applied.

Once a booking is cancelled in keeping with our Booking terms and agreement, a refund is processed via telex to your account. However, the charges for processing the telex will be deducted from the amount being refunded.
